Orange Island PH is a small shop based in the Philippines, created to offer group orders and pasabuys for kpop merch and albums, kdrama merch, and other items found in South Korea. We aim to help deliver joy at your doorstep!♡

How to Order

  1. Read our terms and conditions carefully and fill out the appropriate order form.

  2. You shall receive an order confirmation email containing your order code, payment details, and invoice.

  3. Pay your downpayment and/or total amount due within the deadline of payment.

  4. Don't forget to fill out the Payment Form for every payment you send.

Here's what's next!

  1. Securing of Items – your items will be secured and purchased from official stores (Weverse, Ktown4U, Line Friends, etc.)

  2. Arrival of Items in KR address – your items are delivered to our KR address, and put inside our ongoing box.

  3. Picking up of items from KR address – once our box is full (2-3 weeks), your items will be picked up by our courier and will be prepared for international shipping.

  4. Loading at courier's containers – loading is scheduled every Friday.

  5. Ship out to PH – shipping is scheduled every Monday/Wednesday.

  6. Arrival at our PH address – PH ETA is normally 3-4 weeks AFTER ship out from Korea.

  7. Delivery to your address – your item will be shipped to you once we're done with sorting and packaging.

Terms & Conditions

Orders

  • Please be 100% sure before ordering and submitting the order form. Placing an order means you agree to our terms and conditions.

  • If you are a minor, please inform your parents/guardian before making your purchase.

  • You shall receive an order confirmation email within 24-48 hours from submitting the order form. Please check your inbox and spam folder.

Mode of Payment

  • MOP: BDO, BPI, Gcash

  • 50% downpayment is needed to secure your order. This must be paid within 3 days from submission of order form.

  • Balance is due within 4 weeks.

  • We allow COD only for payment of the local shipping fee. Item price needs to be paid before your order is shipped out.

  • Please always fill out the Payment Form for every payment you send to the shop.

International Shipping

  • Unless otherwise provided, our GOs are under NORMAL ETA. All orders are expected to arrive at our PH address within 4-5 weeks after ship out from KR.

  • Please be patient. All items are shipped directly from South Korea. Rest assured that we will constantly give you updates.

  • ALL IN Price indicated already includes INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING FEE (ISF).

Local Shipping and Packaging

  • MOD: J&T, LBC (Regular, COD, COP), Gogo Xpress, Shopee Checkout, Book Your Own Pickup (Lalamove, GRAB, etc.)

  • Local shipping fee (LSF) will be paid once the item/s are onhand and will be calculated AFTER your orders are packed.

  • LSF amount will vary depending on your selected courier, and the weight and dimensions of your order.

  • Please allow 1-2 weeks lead time for packing and sorting of the items once the box arrives at our PH address.

  • Please be mindful that any DELAY, DAMAGE, or LOSS incurred after your orders have been transferred to the courier are beyond the control of the shop. Hence, we will not be held liable for them. Rest assured that we will pack your order securely to the best of our abilities.

Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges

  • Some items might get sold out without prior notice. In such cases, you will be notified as soon as possible. Rest assured that we will refund any amount that you’ve given for the item.

  • The shop will not be liable for any defects or any missing inclusion caused by the manufacturer or by the production of the label.

  • In case of missing or damaged items not caused by the couriers (i.e. missing or damaged items that we may have overlooked), we will require a video proof of your unboxing. NO VIDEO PROOF = NO REFUND.

  • In case of visible damages, the album shall remain sealed in order for replacement to be allowed.

  • If the item needs to be returned due to wrong delivery or item, the cost of the return shipment and re-delivery will be shouldered by the shop.

Cancellations

  • Strictly no cancellation of orders once the order form is submitted.

  • A cancellation fee of P200 per item may be charged to you.

  • Cancellation may only be allowed if the item you ordered suddenly becomes sold out, out of stock, or otherwise unavailable.

  • Any amount already given as downpayment will automatically be forfeited should you cancel your order.
